No. x111 allows one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating duplicate accounts is a direct breach of x111's Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the login page or contact x111 support at support@x111.run — never create a new account to get around a locked or forgotten login.

Click the Forgot Password link on the x111 login page. Enter your registered mobile number and x111 will send an SMS verification code to that number. Enter the code to verify your identity, then set a new password. The process takes about two minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, email support@x111.run from your registered email address and the team will assist with identity verification through alternative means.

Log in to your x111 account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address and other personal details. Changing your registered mobile number requires additional identity verification for security reasons — contact x111 support via live chat or at support@x111.run with your current mobile number and the new one you want to use, along with a copy of your CNIC.

To permanently close your x111 account, contact the support team at support@x111.run. Before closure, any PKR balance remaining in your account will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Note that if the reason for closure is gambling-related — for example, you feel you need a long break from betting — x111's self-exclusion tool is a better option as it formally prevents re-registration for the exclusion period. Payments — Deposits & Withdrawals
